The Western Canada Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association has named Joe Kabarchuk, of Alberco Construction Ltd., Chair of the Board (2025-26). The appointment was approved at the WCR&HCA 2025 Conference, in Maui, Hawaii, February 2-7.
Also appointed to leadership roles were Steve Drummond, of Capilano Highways Services Co., who becomes Vice-Chair, and John Highmoor, President of Tri-Core Projects, as Sec-Treasurer.
Highmoor is also Chair of the MHCA Board of Directors.
